We conducted market sentiment analysis to identify customer requirements and prioritize target audience groups and leveraged that to shortlist product features based on uniqueness in the region, novelty of the offering and size of the opportunity.
Study findings secure funding
Developed a comprehensive trade-off study containing the analysis of customer preferences and a set of recommendations on the strategic direction for the RIG’s product proposition. THE RIG leveraged to outcome to secure the budget from PIF.
