Set up of an onsite accelerator LAB in Dubai South. This created a centre hub for the program. Attracting executive and management to collaborate.
We defined business strategy, product road maps, customer and partner needs and what the first phase MVPs would be.
Products included; corporate website, customer portal, mobile app, employee intranets. Design, build, test and deploy within 5 months the revamped and new digital solutions.
