Travel is sometimes complex and disjointed. We reimagined what the future of the travel experience could be with kyndryl and google technologies. Considering the end users for both staff and passengers.

We created an experience concept and journey to set what the vision could look be. Using narrative comic book storytelling with GenAI we created pre, during and post experience maps with relevant technologies layered in.
